Qabibl-dëog̈ë Dêtîkè (/ˈvɘp˔ɘ/ /dëˈog̃ë/ [external] [comfort]) is a subtropical Large Town located in the Sëcëngêki Zone of the Union of Engineers.

The name Qabibl-dëog̈ë Dêtîkè is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Qabibl-dëog̈ë Dêtîkè was founded by Khè Brêpîbrth, who was culturaly Iron Elven.

Climate

Qabibl-dëog̈ë Dêtîkè has a yearly average temperature of 22°C (71°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a pleasant 25°C (77°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 20°C (68°F). Qabibl-dëog̈ë Dêtîkè receives an average of 132 cm/y (51 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the spring. Overview

Qabibl-dëog̈ë Dêtîkè was founded durring the early 12th century in winter of the year 1126, by Khè Brêpîbrth. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Khè Brêpîbrth.

Qabibl-dëog̈ë Dêtîkè was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Qabibl-dëog̈ë Dêtîkè is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber and earth construction, with most buildigns first floors resembling mounds of earth, with subsequent floors appearing as elaborate log cabins, with each building forming a tiered pyramid of sorts fromed from the stack of rectangular, peek roofed cabins. Most wooden bracing, support, and trim is carved with decorative knotwork, and the larger structures even feature painted trim which emphasises the knotwork.

Qabibl-dëog̈ë Dêtîkè is is constructed arround a series of crampt flagstone mainstreets which form overlapping circles, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to eachother at varrious points. The town is protected by a renforced stone fence which sits atop earthwork defences, for some of the best inexpencive defences a town of Qabibl-dëog̈ë Dêtîkè's size could have. Astonishigly, the well-designed, yet cheep are in pristine condishion, as if they had just been finished before you laied eyes upon them.

A look around Qabibl-dëog̈ë Dêtîkè has something terribly wrong with it. It’s impossible to put one’s finger on, but something is horribly wrong. Maybe it’s the way fog blankets the ground, but only in the connors of places. Maybe it’s the vermin scutteling between shadows in the corner of your eyes. Perhaps it’s the overcast sky which seemed to creep out of nowhere, or the distant howling of wolves. Maybe it’s all of those things together, or perhaps it's the way these elements combine with the abundance of schools, libraries, and other academic structures. Locals can be overheard having academic discussions, as well as talking about scholarly subjects in general. It’s quite clear the town places a lot of value on education and being a learned individual. Regardless, you do not feel it would be wise to remain in Qabibl-dëog̈ë Dêtîkè long.

Qabibl-dëog̈ë Dêtîkè possesses a Galvanic Power Grid, which brings galvanic current to most if not all buildings in town, and permits a great many consumer goods to function within the Large Town. Qabibl-dëog̈ë Dêtîkè's grid is powered by hydrogalvanic generators.

Qabibl-dëog̈ë Dêtîkè has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands. Qabibl-dëog̈ë Dêtîkè has a long tradition of martial expertise. This may be a crisply-organized history of skilled native levies, or it may be a natural belligerence in the people that leaves them familiar with bloodshed. While their neighbors and liege doubtless respect their talents, this very aptitude might make them more willing to turn to steel than prudence would advise.

The style used little to no embellishment or ornamentation, instead drawing attention to the streamlined design, such as flat roofs to create a simple, geometric look. The simplicity masks the style's nearly sinister functionality, as every last feature is designed to guide the people living in the building in how to make the most efficient use of the structure.

The Leshy, Gourd near Qabibl-dëog̈ë Dêtîkè are known to be almost tame, such that they can be put to domestic use.

Qabibl-dëog̈ë Dêtîkè's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in autumn and involves ritual combat to channel Charm energies of tier 1 via recitation of poetic epics.
